1. TalentBox.com accepts credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and "e-CHECK" payments - All payments are made securely and privately in association with and authorized by Paypal. Your credit card information and/or bank statements will be made available directly and only to Paypal and no employee of TalentBox.com will have any access to that information.

2. All subscription payments are authorized on a "recurring", year-to-year basis -  you will be billed the same amount every year/once a year, until you choose to cancel your subscription to TalentBox.com's services. See: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

3. TalentBox.com reserves the right to reject any application for any reason, in which case you will be issued a full refund within 48 hours.

4. Once your listing is added to TalentBox.com's directory, there will be no refunds issued for the given subscription period for any reason.  You may, however, request that your listing be permanently removed from our directory, in which case you should also cancel the "recurring" payments with Paypal.  See: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

5. If the contents of your website drastically change during the subscription period and if your website no longer provides the type of information that it did at the time your application was processed, we reserve the right to remove your listing from our directory.  We will then attempt to contact you about the problem and advise you to stop the "recurring" payments with Paypal  (See: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS).  There will be no refunds issued for the given subscription period.

6. If your website becomes inaccessible during a subscription period for seven (7) consecutive days or longer, we reserve the right to remove your listing from our directory under the assumption that your website is no longer active.  We will then attempt to contact you about the problem and to remind you to cancel your "recurring" payments with Paypal  (See: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS).  There will be no refunds issued for the given subscription period.

7. All updates and/or changes to your listing must be requested USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED AS THE MAIN ADDRESS ON YOUR WEBSITE.  For the list of prices see: LISTING UPDATES.

8. All entries are listed alphabetically and using  the same name as it appears on applicants websites.
          ·   Last Name will appear first - i.e. John Smith would be listed under "S" as Smith, John.
          ·   All "THE's" will be switched to the back of the full name - i.e. The Police would be listed under "P" as "Police, The".
          ·   "Number" names will also be listed alphabetically - i.e. 98 Degrees would appear under "N" for ninety. 
          ·   All "Top-Of-Page" entries will also be listed alphabetically.

9. TalentBox.com is not to be held responsible for any credit card related issues caused by Paypal - a third-party subscription management system.  Please understand that you are using Paypal's services at your own risk.

10. TalentBox.com may be modified with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.  If TalentBox.com is discontinued for any reason, an attempt to stop all "recurring" payments will be made to our subscribers.  There will be no refunds issued for the subscription period during which TalentBox.com is discontinued.

11. Talentbox.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE TalentBox.com, OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH TalentBox.com OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES EVEN IF Talentbox.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. You agree to indemnify and hold each of TalentBox.com, their affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of TalentBox.com, the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

13. TalentBox.com reserves the right to add, revise and/or change any of its Payment Rules and Policies without notice.  Each time you visit TalentBox.com, you will be deemed to have accepted any such modifications.
