3. The posting of any pictures, images, graphics, text and/or songs can only be made by rightful and exclusive owners or by obtaining a written permission (release) from the rightful and exclusive owners. Failure to comply with this policy is illegal and will be prosecuted in a court of law.

6. All entries are listed alphabetically and using  the same name as it appears on applicants websites.
          ·   Last Name will appear first - i.e. John Smith would be listed under "S" as Smith, John.
          ·   All "THE's" will be switched to the back of the full name - i.e. The Police would be listed under "P" as "Police, The".
          ·   "Number" names will also be listed alphabetically - i.e. 98 Degrees would appear under "N" for ninety. 
          ·   All "Top-Of-Page" entries will also be listed alphabetically.

5. TalentBox.com is not responsible for the reliability of any contents submitted by our visitors and/or clients. We do not verify any information submitted to us and we do not endorse any opinions or statements made by our visitors and/or clients. 

6. We are not responsible for the contents of any of the sites that we link to, nor do we endorse any opinions which may be found on those websites.  Please be advised, that if you do access these linked sites, you do so at your own risk. 

7. TalentBox.com reserves the right to partially or entirely reject any application or link request if it is of unrelated, unlawful, harmful, obscene or of any other questionable nature.

8. TalentBox.com reserves the right to partially or entirely remove or edit any client’s link if we decide or are notified that it is of unrelated, unlawful, harmful, obscene or of any other questionable nature.

9. Any kind of advertisement or solicitation posted on or linked to TalentBox.com without our written permission will be removed without any notice.

10. TalentBox.com is not to be held responsible for any kind of errors that may occur within our website as a result of our production error. In such case, all detected errors will be immediately corrected upon a written notification from our visitors, clients or users.

11. All materials submitted by our visitors, clients or users (i.e., photographs, pictures, CD’s, tapes, resumes, articles, essays, etc.) will remain in possession of TalentBox.com indefinitely and will not be returned to our clients.

12. All clients, users and visitors must assume their own responsibility for using our services and resources. TalentBox.com is not to be held responsible for any kind of damages, loses or expenses associated with the use of our services and resources.

13. TalentBox.com is not responsible for any malfunctions associated with the performance of a company hosting our website (i.e., service interruptions, access interruption, email malfunction, and other server errors).

14. All clients requesting sign up processing and/or submitting any materials must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise include a signature of either a parent or a lawful guardian.

15. TalentBox.com may be modified with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.  If TalentBox.com is discontinued for any reason, an attempt to stop all "recurring" payments will be made to our subscribers.  There will be no refunds issued for the subscription period during which TalentBox.com is discontinued.

Talentbox.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE TalentBox.com, OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH TalentBox.com OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES EVEN IF Talentbox.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
