Copyright Infringement Policy
We strive to remove or block access to any copyrighted material that is believed to be illegally added or posted by any of our users, members, or visitors as well as advertisers, affiliates, and other content providers, .
In unclear cases, we will make a good faith attempt to contact the person/organization who submitted the affected material for explanation.
We reserve the right to discontinue services to and remove anyone who is not respecting local and/or international copyright laws.
Reporting & Dealing with Copyright Infringements
If you believe that any content residing on the TalentBox.com website infringes a copyright, please provide us with a notice containing the following information:
- a clear description and location (preferably the URL) of the contents in question within our website
- a clear explanation of the infringement along with a statement (made under penalty of perjury) expressing your good faith belief that the contents in question are not authorized by their owner(s)

Once we receive and investigate a credible report, we will remove or block access to the content in question. We will also notify the user who submitted the affected material. Repeated offenders will also have their access to our service indefinitely terminated.
Disputing Content Removal
Users accused of illegally submitting copyrighted material may counter-notice such claims by providing the following:
- a clear description of the contents in question
- if you are in fact the copyright owner of the allegedly infridged material, provide a solid proof of your claim
- if you are not the copyright owner of the materials in questions, provide the name and contact information (if available) of the lawful owner(s) of the contents in question along with a statement verifying that you are fully authorized to distribute or otherwise use the materials in question
- a clear explanation of what may have led to the misidentification of the contents in question along with a statement (made under penalty of perjury) expressing your good faith belief that you are in fact allowed to use the contents in question whereas with the permission of the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, pursuant to the law, or other reasons.
- your contact information including your full name, exact address, telephone number, and email address
- your electronic or physical signature
We will then review and reexamine both claims and inform the involved parties of our decision. If no decision is made by our representative due to insufficient information provided by the parties involved, the contents will remain inaccessible (or removed) until either party provides additional documents supporting their claim.
